Responsibilities
Assist users over the phone and through email, online chat, and/or desk side
Assist users with installation, configuration, and ongoing support of computers, equipment, and software
Gather information, diagnose issue, and create documentation in the ticketing system
Troubleshoot and resolve reported issues in an efficient manner by prioritizing all issues
Provide documentation for all issues resolved, maintain knowledge base; and participate in maintaining and supporting policies and procedures
Train end users on basic hardware, software and network resources, on a one-on-one basis
