SR. C#.NET DEVELOPER
- Work with managers, SMEs, technical staff, and end users to help design this new application and make enhancements to the existing code.
- Conduct meetings with managers, SMEs, and technical staff to gather documentation required to analyze the existing system’s architecture and to produce application specifications.
- Work with the business community to turn business requirements into a completed application, fully online in the production environment.
- Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the team by offering suggestions as a member of the team.
- Take part in systems development including analysis, coding, and testing.
- Plan and develop testing methods to validate the application.
- Design input and output forms, documents and reports.
- Test and evaluate alternative solutions and provide recommendations; implement appropriate application
- Technically evaluate and implement 3rd party solutions as necessary.
- Communicate accurate status of work performed with the manager, technical staff, SMEs, and customers.
- Demonstrate professional organization, documentation, and communication.
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Must be able to work both, as a team member and independently.
- Have strong experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, and all related technologies including .NET development (web and back-end, web services, etc.)
- Must have experience in systems analysis, design, and advanced programming skills.
- Must have at least 8 years’ experience working with complex systems with thousands of users and complex business requirements in a technical leadership capacity.
- Exceptional debugging skills and strong experience with performance tuning/optimization.
- Must have very strong analysis and troubleshooting skills in all areas.
- Strong organizational skills and an ability to effectively multitask.
- Have good project estimation and management skills.
- Possess a strong foundation in a variety of development methodologies.
