PC Technician – casino


We are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized PC Technician to join our growing team. In this position a successful candidate will play a key role in providing support for all areas and levels of the Casino & Hotel Operations. 


  • Provide remote and onsite desktop technical support, diagnose, and resolve any issues as they arise, escalating to vendors if necessary
  • Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair all hardware and computer peripherals
  • Document, upgrade, and replace hardware and software as needed
  • Provide follow-up to end users regularly throughout the issue resolution process, ensuring open and smooth communication
  • Provide up-to-date information to end users in response to specific inquires
  • Notify System Admins and / or Network Engineers regarding potential issues as they arise
  • Maintain inventory control of computers, hardware, and any other peripherals – notifying management of any shortages or orders to be placed
  • Assist System Admins & Network Engineers on any special projects as assigned.

  • Previous IT Experience in hospitality preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and Exchange is preferred
  • Familiar with imaging computers and upgrading of operating systems
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills
  • Ability to quickly grasp technical issues and provide applicable solutions
  • Customer focused attitude with ability to interface directly with end-user clients
  • Critical Thinking and Problem Solving
  • Ability to work independently and/or with a team
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must be able to maintain gaming work card

  • Associates Degree or equivalent work experience in in a technical environment
  • 1-3 Years of technical support experience

  • Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols
  • Manual dexterity to operate job related equipment
  • Performance of job duties will require standing, walking, lifting, reaching, pushing, pulling and grasping.  These tasks include the maintenance and care of assigned area.  Constant contact with fellow team members
