Electrical Engineer, SSD/Memory Design - Santa Ana, CA

The Electronic Hardware Design Engineer will be responsibility for memory product design and solid state drives (SSD), building and verifying digital circuit design, DRAM and logic qualification.
Primary functions for this position will include providing technical assistance to our OEM customers for production development and supporting our R&D organization; developing, investigating and solving a wide variety of digital circuit issues, and perform failure analyses. Must maintain a working knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in DRAM technology and systems.
B.S in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering Technology or related field.
Two to five years proven experience with electronic or semiconductor circuitry design.
Proficiency in the use of Oscilloscope, View Logic, Hyper-Link, CAD.
Experience with memory testing in Windows, DOS and Linux based systems.
Working knowledge of memory module design and DRAM validation procedures and specifications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to communicate technical issues and work effectively with our internal teams and external customers.
The ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and follow through with all assignments is essential.
Must be able to work a flexible time schedule to support Engineers in different time zones.
Must be available for domestic and international travel when needed.
