Responsibilities include the following:
Collect, review, analyze, manage, system and user requirements from business users
- Document detailed functional & data business requirements, process flows, use cases / user stories, & information needs
- Work with the ADM or vendor technical leads to clarify functional requirements and organize sprints.
- Create test scenarios and perform 1st level UAT
- Serve as a liaison to other teams in planning, coordination, development and deployment of multi-team enhancement or projects
- Ensure that the delivery of project / enhancement requirements meet those defined by the business customer
Product Owner / Agile background / CSM
Experience supporting multiple stake holders
Media and Entertainment experience (preferably in Content Affairs and Business Affairs)
MS Dynamics CRM or Salesforce CRM
Power BI or Tableau exp.
