My client is one of the world’s leading entertainment agencies with mega stars in the Film, TV, Music, and Sports, as well as representing major notable brands such as Coca-Cola, Nike, and more! They are looking for a strong customer centric technology professional to perform both Desktop and Help Desk functionality. This role encompasses global phone support and desk side support in the client’s Nashville office dealing with hardware and software installations, and is the first line of support for my client’s customers. I am looking for an individual with strong communication skills, a strong technical background, including both phone and onsite support, and a professional services attitude.
Previous experience with ownership of a product/project is a must.
Responsibilities include: documenting incidents, problems and requests in the company ticketing system (ServiceNow); installation, configuration, and support, of the hardware and software supported in the environment. From imaging new systems to supporting a Skype call between a user and a client. Identifying problems in the environment and driving them to resolution; from making sure the workplace is clean to identifying recurring failures and notifying the appropriate product owner. Provide phone and remote troubleshooting support to the Nashville office. Provide backup phone and remote troubleshooting support to more than a thousand users in our US and international offices. Support the latest Microsoft/Apple operating systems and the enhanced capabilities. Provide phone and desk side support in the Nashville office for more than 30 electronic e-Reader devices (Kindle, iPad, Android & Microsoft Surface) used to view business and personal content. Provide backup phone support for more than 500 electronic e-Reader devices (Kindle, iPad, Android & Microsoft Surface) used to view business and personal content. Provide remote VPN troubleshooting and connectivity support to over 30+ notebook users connected from home or hotel when traveling. Provide backup remote VPN troubleshooting and connectivity support to more than 600 notebook users connected from home or hotel when traveling. Provide meeting and video conferencing support for the Nashville office.
It would be great if you have the following: experience in supporting IP based phone systems (Cisco)Experience in supporting audio and video conferences over Lync, Jabber, Skype & Cisco WebExHas a working knowledge of the Microsoft System Center products (Configuration Manager, Operations Manager & Service Manager) to deploy, monitor and support the environment. Experience with JAMF Casper Suite, especially Casper Remote.
