We are actively looking to hire a Technical Recruiter who can hit the ground running and able to support our A-list of clients’ on-going needs for IT professionals. As a Technical Recruiter your responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting, interviewing and placing IT professionals in perm, contract and contract-to-hire positions with our clients.
- Providing outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates.
- Providing consistent communication and career guidance to candidates.
- Participating in industry trade associations to increase our presence within the local IT community.
- Continuously educating yourself on new technologies in the marketplace
- 3+ years of experience in Recruiting, focused on Information Technology and/or IT staffing
- Self-confidence, perseverance, excellent communication skills and a high sense of urgency.
- Ability to leverage technology experience to manage and grow the business.
- An Information Systems or related degree.
- A strong desire to succeed.
