The individual must have experience across the range of Cisco communication products i.e. Cisco voice, video, IM, WebEx etc.
Strong knowledge of Cisco VC equipment and related tech, touch panels, speakers etc.
Must have 5 years of Cisco specific experience (This must be the most recent exp.)
We will be implementing Cisco across the US offices.
Knowledge of Contact center - scripting, troubleshooting and resolving issues

We would like someone who has worked at a firm with a minimum of 5,000 employees
We need individuals who are comfortable with change management, process, working large user groups and collaborating with different teams
Must come from a professional services type firms
White glove service mentality and good communication skills
Open to learning and sharing ideas as well as implementing improvements
Lead Jr staff (this role has no direct reports) and mentor to improve knowledge and skills with the company
