Salesforce Trainer

  • Experience creating training content/materials
  • Experience in technical training (Salesforce CRM)
  • Able to deliver program training
  • Ideally, has performed custom SalesForce trainings (specifically Sales/Marketing)
  • Develop, implement and monitor training development strategy inclusive of training tools, documents and delivery activities;
  • Work in conjunction with the project management team, and change management unit, to ensure alignment of training strategy and plans with other project objectives, such as business process (re-)engineering, stakeholder engagement and organizational design and transition;
  • Experienced in working on enterprise-wide initiatives for complex, global organizations
  • 5+ years of experience in developing/executing change management initiatives to organizational change, business process management, systems implementations/conversions, enterprise risk, and operational excellence
  • Exceptional project and change management skills in scoping, designing, and delivering business and IT transformational activities
Training Execution
  • Manage the delivery of training exercises and assignment of practice data;
  • Tailor the core training to specific stakeholders and audience groups;
  • Refine and present associated documents such as reference guides; and
  • Assist with ongoing, module-focused lesson plans and additional e-learning.
End-User Training
  • Establish a matrix of courses, locations, and trainees for end-user training;
  • Communicate enrollment and other procedures for attending said trainings;
  • Work with project management team to identify a checklist of system accessibility, PC requirements, and required hardware; and
  • Coordinate with module leads to assess training needs have been met.
