The CRM Manager is the go-to for marketers across the country when it comes to email marketing and omnichannel targeting strategy. You will be working on not only executing campaigns for exciting tours and festivals nationwide, but also driving the development of tools that incorporate CRM best practices. We will lean on your experience and expertise, as well as your eye for optimization opportunities and A/B testing hypotheses, to improve company CRM strategy and drive ticket sales, loyalty, and KPIs. You’ll be working with powerful technology partners to customize and develop tools that improve the fan experience, ensuring that they never miss a show. Finally, you will be leveraging huge datasets to drive marketing strategy and reveal insights about our fans and the music they love.

 

Responsibilities

Oversee CRM Team

  • lead a team of coordinators, specialists and manager to deliver CRM campaigns and strategic advice for marketers across the country
  • Provide subject matter expertise to product and developments teams to build bespoke CRM tools
  • Proactively identify optimization opportunities, test hypotheses, and report on the results
  • Oversee the development of documentation and best practice materials for marketers
  • Troubleshoot blockers for the team and marketers by thoroughly reporting bugs or issues and driving the resolution forward
  • Coordinate with outside technology companies to leverage and improve their tools, optimizing for our use cases
  • Speak for the Digital Team to stakeholders from coordinators to executives on CRM strategy

  • a clear communicator, who can explain highly technical processes in laymen’s terms, as well as report upwards
  • data-driven and able to discern clear takeaways from a set of data

 

Required Skills

  • HTML/CSS email coding is a must
  • 5+ years experience in email marketing
  • BA/BS and [5-10] years experience in marketing technology and CRM
  • Experience running A/B tests
  • Excel skills a must, SQL skills highly recommended
